I'm starting to get that 'quality feeling' in the forums again, it seems the design is coming together nicely now. Here and there some things that can still improve, but overall the changes since the first beta are very good and have improved the design to a pretty high level.

Let's just hope the bugs in the code will get fixed by the gold release too.

They still haven't added the "Forum" column back.

I never looked at the forum column really, I just check the left hand side for the thread titles.
I think it's really starting to come together, I think it's a long way off from being perfect, but small steps are better then none at all

I used to look at the forum column as there were some I tended to skip past (Chit Chat being one). Would like to see it back but not sure on the chances...

To me and many others (there are plenty of threads to back this up), the forum column is vital. I often skim the New Posts page for threads in certain sections. For example, sometimes I only have time to check urgent threads, so skim the forum column for threads in the staff forums or feedback forums.

Have you raised it as a Bug Nick?

Actually, Sophie did... which is why I'm surprised as to it not being fixed: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/proje...?issueid=33531

Evidently, its priority was decreased yesterday, from 1 to 2.
