Thread posting lag

Just created a thread on here and it took about 90 seconds for it show the forum category on here, pressed the back button and could see it posted okay, was wondering if anyone else is having this lag ?

Nope. Go and create a few threads in the testforum and see if it was a one time issue for you.

We make daily backups at around the time you had the problem. These are made off the slave server, causing the replication to be slightly laggy.
The forum uses the slave for reads as well, which is probably why it took a while to show up.
