Remove the link and use http://www.vbulletin.com/piracy.php to report.

But how do you know that?
What tricks are there to find out whether a site is licensed?
That's it. If you REALLY can't say ANYTHING nice to me at all on this forum, then I am going to go insanely mad at you. I've had enough of the UNTOLD ABUSE you are all giving me and you should really be CONSIDERATE of other people.

        URL reported.

There's no way for you to see if a site has a valid license or not.
        Best Regards

Some people just see the site, suspect it may not be licensed and report it, by "This site is not licensed" what he/she probably meant "I think this site is illegal" or similar.
          Jut a random internet person.

A message to all illegal users!
