How many outlets for feedback do we need?

Regarding vBulletin 4, it seems there are 4 places now being used to simultaneously serve a purpose which is almost identical:

    - vBulletin 4 Suggestions
    - vBulletin 4 on vBulletin.com feedback
    - Licensed customer feedback
    - Site feedback

The latter is possibly serving a different purpose, but certainly the top 3 are all being used for rants/feedback/suggestions right now It's getting confusing keeping track of all the discussions as they are across 3-4 different forums.

Don't forget project tools for bug reports!

It might help if Jelsoft rolled out the CMS and used it to help consolidate discussions.

It might also help if certain points could be addressed quicker so twenty topics on the same issues aren't created. For example, the current design and UI. Plenty of topics, hundreds of posts. Someone needs to take point and say "yes, we are looking to tweak these areas before gold".

How would rolling out the CMS consolidate things? It might just make things worse...

I agree. Maybe this will change once we are past the beta. BTW - Don't forget the pre-sales forum. I've found helpful answers in there many times. So, that's another area discussing 4.0.

          - vBulletin 4 Suggestions : Suggestions you feel should be implemented in the vBulletin 4 Series.

          - vBulletin 4 on vBulletin.com feedback: Issues experienced with the software. May be bugs or just general questions. Should not include suggestions.

          - Licensed customer feedback: Really shouldn't be about the software but the company in general.

          - Site feedback: Issues or feedback on vBulletin.com not the software.

If you see a thread out of place, then please click the report icon and let us know. We'll move it.

Should we not post bugs in project tools?

Should but people still ask if they are the only ones that experience something. That would be the best place to ask if it is a bug than it can be reported in Project Tools.

Don't forget emailing through our feedback as well. That's a lot of outlets for feedback. All good and nothing terrible or awful.
