Doesn't happen to me. Could it be you used the box after a certain time of inactivity? This is a common error after the security token expires (as it says), which is, IIRC, after 60 or so minutes.

From everything I read, I didn't think it was a normal error in vb. If it can happen due to inactivity, maybe the error should be a bit more informative for the user - letting them know that it's because they had the page open but were inactive for X number of minutes. The error message that's displayed is confusing and bad for the user experience.

Is there a setting for the security token we can change?

The error tells you that the token has expired and how to correct the problem. Not sure how telling them how long they were inactive would help with resolving the issue.
