Reporting a server using cracked vbulletin?

Hi guys, I know someone who is hosting a cracked version of vBulletin which I wholeheartedly disagree with, and as such would like to know the proper method of going about reporting it? A person who I have known for a few months now, I recently found out he does hack cheats for games and has told me personally that he's hosting his forums using a cracked vBulletin, in fact he was boasting about it, so how do I report this for investigation or whatever it is that you do? if he was boasting about it he's probably on a server on which Jellosoft can't do a damn legal thing

most hosts comply to anti-piracy, but there's some others which gives a big **** you about it.
