    Convoluted wording in Members Area

In the Member's Area, there is the following note.

Note: Your license must be no more than 60 days prior to the expiry date before it can be renewed
The wording of this seems unnecessarily convoluted, and I suggest changing it to something like:

Note: Your licenses must be expired or within 60 days of expiring to be renewed.
    or

Note: To renew a license, it must be expired or within 60 days of expiring.
Not a big deal, but I thought I'd offer the suggestion.

As a Dutch person I honestly read the members' area notice as:

You can only renew it 60 days before it expires, otherwise you can't.

Thankfully .. I knew better. I totally support a rephrasing of that sentence.

        Thanks, Steve.

After a second look, I guess "licenses" should have the "s" in parentheses "license(s)" to take into account customers who only have one license.

I'm getting nitpickier by the day, aren't I.

Now that you mention it, I think I need a cup of coffee.

FWIW I had three tickets today all confused about the wording change I made based on the suggestions in the thread. Prior to that there really was no confusion.

So, I'll throw in a suggestion of myself:

You will be able tor renew your license if
                      - your license will expire within 60 days from now or
                      - your license has already expired.
If your license is more than 60 days before expiry date, you will not yet be able to renew, and you will not be able to renew for more than one year.

The cost for renewal will be
                      - 40 $ if your license has not yet expired or you renew up to 60 days after the date or expiry;
                      - 60 $ if you renew later than 60 days after the date of expiry.

Minus for example the discussions we had on IRC, and me mentioning that I totally misread it's meaning? ..

Being clear, concise, and communicating without ambiguities is actually pretty hard. And I'm probably not very good at it.
