A possible illegal copy of vBulletin

Hello, this is probably the wrong place to post this but I couldn't find any relevant section and wasn't able to post any new topic in the v3.8 forums.
I'm not 100% sure if this is correct or not, but I thought it sensible to report it.

The exact chat log from their IRC, if interested:

<Tryst> I love how you have a vbulletin forum, they're so much better than the invisionfree ones most server sites use >_<
<~Shadow> lol we got it for free
    <~Shadow> torrent
    <Tryst> It's illegal? :S
    <~Shadow> something like that xD
I don't know if you can do anything about it, but thought I'd better report it as I said. Sorry if it isn't. "Shadow" = the owner of the site.

Edit: Removed links and reported in the appropriate way.

Not that I condone illegal copies, I just wonder how many people contact Microsoft and Adobe everyday about possible illegal copies?
Not to mention how many illegal MP3s, DVDs and CDs people have.

I have never seen such vigilance as when it comes to vBulletin.

Edit: And I wonder if piracy reports are from competing forums?

I'm sure there's a similar situation in businesses where business X pays Microsoft / Adobe £XXXX per year for a site licence and they become aware that business Y in the same market is gaining a financial advantage by not paying for it.

I'm sure most piracy reports are from competing forums, but that's going to be partly because someone who likes cars will probably run a car forum and visit other car forums rather than actually go looking for rival forums to report.
