Normal users seeing if a user is liscenced?

I think it would be a good idea, especially for the hacks forum if anyone could see if a user has a liscence. This means that users can decide if they wish to give support for a hack or help them in another way.

With the new limitations system (soon), this won't be needed anymore, so just wait patiently...

Non-licensed users won't have access to post in most of the forums here. This was decided as a result of a community poll a few weeks ago.
