    Character problem with MetaCharge

I was renewing my owned lincese today, and tried to pay with MetaCharge, but there was a problem display the danish letters å ø æ
I guess it is because of the page encodeing.

    Hope you can solve it

Sorry I would have no idea how to resolve a problem with the Metacharge site. Perhaps you can try WorldPay instead.

We had a similar issue for a webshop we made for a company, and the charcters were displayed in the way, and we solved it by converting it to utf-8 before sending to the 3rd payment site, so it might be what you need to do before you send the info. with MetaCharge.

Anyway, it is just a problem that I have been seeing the last couple of years and I wanted to let you know so maybe you can work it out (it is also posible to edit the informations once again in the MetaCharge site), otherwise I have renewed my license so it not a big issue, the worst that can happen is I face it once again next year or so

This is the first report I've ever had about this so I'm not sure what we can do. Maybe this is a browser issue?

I have tried from my two laptops and a desktop, both IE6&7 and firefox 3.0.10 and still the same issue.
It could be because there aren't many danish customer, and it is not always the case to have åæø in the name and the addresse or maybe we are too lazy to reort it

Try and set your pages to "Automatically Encode" or English preference.

If that doesnt work, delete your cookies, temp files etc and it may solve your problem.
            Jut a random internet person.

Use an alternative payment processor such as paypal (no account needed to pay with credit card) or wordpay.
