No more rep giving?

Seems we can't give reputation to anyone anymore. Why is that?
Also, you'll see the rep icon for your own posts only, you can't give rep to anyone else.

Maybe it's because I've been moved to a usergroup where I can't give reputation?

You're showing up as unlicensed - it's possible that only licensed users may give reputation.

Is there a place on the forum admin that you will need to enable this? i dont see the rep icon on my site. Users groups are set but i dont see the icon

Check that your usergroups have permission to use reputation.

No, Colin, I've been able to give rep on this forum since I registered here, so it's not that. I've been unlicensed as well. I believe it to be because I have a lot of infraction points.

There is no such restriction based on infraction points. Your usergroup does not have Rep permissions.
