Problem recovering customer number
It has been a while for me with vBulletin, but I decided to upgrade to the latest version. At the moment I'm still running 3.5.x.
Problem 1:
Anyway, I tried to recover my customer number and entered the email address I used back then (and still), but it tells me there's no record for my address. (?)
Problem 2:
Even if it works, my server is using a spam filter. Means, it sends out a verification email for each incoming and unknown email address. Someone would need to reply to this email to verify a human being in order for me to receive the email.
I don't know what to do. Can someone help me out? Can I call somewhere?
