I submitted a ticket #820503 12 hours ago and am still awaiting satisfactory response .. busy today or has it been forgotten !?

Please note that each ticket is assigned to a specific individual and none of us are instantly available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to immediately respond to everything. In fact, sometimes we even need to take breaks and occasionally sleep too. We also have a few other customers as well.
