Customer Service?

Do you treat all customers like something you stepped in or just the ones who have been a paying customer for over 4 years?

And yes this is a response to a thread being locked for like no reason. I was asking a legitimate question. About the value of an owned license if you end up paying more for it versus a leased license what's the point in that? It's a bit sneaky.
