    Members Area Down?

I can't get into the Members area - no response from the server?

Do you still have problems entering the members' area?

If you're having a problem with safari its because your password has been changed and its no longer valid, but safari keeps trying the old password untill the server drops the connection. You need to go into your keychain and remove that login.

I use Firefox and it wouldn't let me in.

Then I'm not sure what to tell you, aside from the fact passwords were changed on all customer accounts about a month ago and a new email with the new password was sent to the email address on file. Did you not get the email?

No, the old admin said he had changed the account email but maybe he did not.

If you are not the owner of the license, the license owner will need to contact us.

I paid for the last renewal so I assumed I was.

No, the original purchaser is always the owner untill the license is transfered.
