simple question

I don't now if here is the correct place, so if i am in wrong please forgive me. sorry also about my English but here i go

My question is simple, i am member in one vBulletin forum and there is a situation that i wold like to now if this have a simple solution.

wen 2 members are making a replay to a post hate the same time wen they click submit the second one should not be allowed do submit it direct... i now that in smf it appears this page again with a red note that say something like

"wen you were righting someone have post a replay"

Does vBulletin have this option to????

I really like that feature in SMF and have not seen in in the vBulletin options, nor have I seen it on vBulletin.org as a MOD.
