    vb affiliate - fuzzy math?

I signed up for vB affiliate. It said "depending on the type of license sold, you should expect between $20 and $40." The commission rate is 20%, which on $160 is $32. How can it go up to 40? And 20% of 85 would be $17, which does not fall within the specified range.

I think it's a bit misleading - when I noticed I had gotten $32 I was somewhat surprised (expecting 40) until I did the math to see that 32 is really 20% of 160

I suggest you change it to "expect to receive either $17 or $32."

Of course, $32 is still good, heh
