  • Ticket response time?

    I was recently emailed a ticket regarding my liscense and was told that if i had any questions or comments, i could reply to that ticket.

    I have posted a response over a week ago and have not yet recieved a response.

    How long do these generally take to process?

    Post up your ticket number here and someone from Jelsoft will look into it and follow up if needed to. It shouldn't take that long as most tickets take only a few hours to get a reply

        Whoops i missed that last line in the liscense agreement
