    Making the install process 1 step easier

    I find that installing vbulletin is super easy as is but knowing that there are a lot of people that have no idea about how to edit a file, it might be a good option to add the following fields so the information can be included in the config.php.new file the way the CGI chebang is.

    - MySQL server
    - username
    - password
    - database name

    Even that form doesn't actually edit the config.php file. We do that manually.
