Well I hate it, I hate the blue coloring, I hate how hard it is, I hate when you ask for help and it gets harder after getting the help. I wish someone could do it for me. Oh and I tried VB.org it even more slow than this site

Thats easy to solve. Pay someone to do it or buy an already made skin. I am sure if you search on here or vbulletin.org you will find plenty of free skins or even links to paid ones .

Ummm...

Not too long. Maybe a month of trial and error to get it to that point. Most of the time was php trial and error for optimization.
