    New forums on vbulletin homepage

While there are featured forums in vb.com homepage, I think it will be a good idea to add a list of new forums...

This might encourage recent customers with their new vb forums which need some traffic, and could also increase the rate of sales.

Just out of curiosity, how would this work? In general, it takes quite some time to get a forum skinned, modded (as necessary) and configured.

I would think that if you just showed the last 10 ordered (or something like that) then you would have most of the links going nowhere.

You would have to add some kind of "active/inactive" checkbox to the members area for users to check once they were up and running and then only show the latest 10 to be checked. Of course, to keep people from abusing the system you'd have to make it impossible to uncheck once it's been checked...

At VB Advanced they do this by having a check box against members profiles, this allows them to decide whether or not their forum/site is shown to the public, the admins can then choose suitable forums for display.
