There's no label as GMT+3 in support tickets time, it doesn't even use GMT time.

It uses the server time, which is currently Central Daylight Time. Though I've never heard any remarks about this, I'll look into adding a note saying something along the lines of 'all times are GMT -5' to the ticket page.Best Regards
