    Member area bug

    Hey,

I have seen this happen quite a few times but thought someone else will report it and it will get fixed but it hasn't happened so here goes.

When submitting a new ticket in the vb members area (when logged in) heres the page you are sent to:

    Two things to note:
    1. It says "Sales Request - Posted" instead of "Support Ticket - Posted".
    2. You will notice that the links on the left nav have changed to the standard ones that are shown when not logged in.

    Thanks
    MAD

It redirects to a submission page outside the member's area and is the same page used for sales inquiries. Not really a bug.

Fixed both issues, and also changed the page title.

I didn't expect Colin could fix it, I thought he would ask a developer (may be Mike) to have look at this.

It isn't really a bug. I noticed it though

I believe Colin worked on the project tools, and probably the blogs as well.

Yes, he also can acess the development forum.

What I want to say that Colin has access more than being a Super Modeator.

Colin is more then a super moderator.
                            MarcoH64 is more.
And so are many others on staff.

Again: we do more then just answer support questions. It is not important to customers who does what or why or how much they make or if they wear a tshirt of a sweater.

You're reading too much into everything that's going on at this web site.
