Staff Cuustomer Post Responce 'Code Modification'

What is meant when 'Staff' says "This/It requires modifying code to vBulletin, please place your inquires related to code modifications at www.vBulletin.org, as we cannot provide support for customizing code"

Is it meant general to all types of modifications i.e. {template(s)} or the actual file(s) and plugin/product.

They generally mean things that go into plugins/products since that usually involved code that isn't written and therefore unsupported by Jelsoft/vBulletin.
Congratulations on the death of vBulletin, Internet Brands.

Anything that is a standard feature in vbulletin belongs on vbulletin.org basically.

You meant that isn't a standard feature?
