I was looking at some of the entries, this includes mine and thought it should be only base on board functionallity. I was told this before and will not make anymore template edits 'How To's' anytime soon, as that is why www.vBulletin.org is around. I was thinking of having any template edit tutorials moved into regular posting and just leave what is reguard as board function 'How to's'.
I am going to repost in vBulletin.org some of my tutorials, if nobody has done this of yet.
It is getting cluttered with template edits instead of "how to create subscription with member with multiple usergroups" and anything falling in those lines. I will make more board function 'How To's' later after I finish what I am working on.
Just another thought came to mind, when a member ask how to edit a template(s) to have a particular look to styling, why has not vBulletin moved question to 'vBulletin Templates, Graphics & Styles' as it does not refer to board functionallity and it will make it easier to find answer in 'how do I' Ex: Create Subforms, Subscriptions and anything along those lines. I have abuse that forum a great deal with repling to member(s) to create template edit(s). It will make that forum alot cleaner and easier for searches for board functions only.
These listed in 'Quick Tips' should be listed in 'vBulletin Templates, Graphics & Styles', it is just the topic descibes that template edit are vaild 'How To's', that is you do not read Topic description.
