need help please..i have a license..

i have some problems with my site. i was running on 3.6.6 and i upgraded it a few days ago.. I have vbplaza installed...i created a new usergroup called active members....i had set permissions for them to view vbplaza, but for some reasons, they can't access the bank nor the lottery section...is this a bug or it this my mistake? please help

i am not providing my license number and pass here, but i will send pms for whoever that needs it..
