You don't need to post to let them know about tickets... Whoever is assigned to work with the ticket will get an automatic email notice about your response... much like the one you receive when the support replies to your ticket. The only exception to the case is when it goes unanswered for quite some time after you initially submit it (IE: a few hours to a day)... though, this typically only happens when the ticket involves an issue not governed by supports and requires managements to look into... but from my experience, even then I get a note telling me that they've forwarded to the upper levels...Best Regards,
