    I'm not sure about the nature of accessing uknown files here...

    But if you try to acess a file like this:

    http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/custo.../avatar7_1.gif

    You'll get Multiple Choices where there appears other files with similar names.

    What's the problem with that?
    The page is generated by the mod_speling module in Apache.

      You might reach other avatars through it, I thought they should be private.

      so I assumed that dev. shoud take a look at that.

            I understand. But accessing them via this way is not recommended all the time. That look like a folder with no index page - so you can see all files inside.

              Here on vBcom you can't go into the custompic/ or avatar/ folder, they will redirect you back to the forum.
