      I don't understand how this could be a legal issue. Put in the terms and agreement that it's a private board and once they submit you can do whatever you want. If it's a private board that they volentarily sign up for, you have the right to do whatever you want with it.

        That is kind of like the things you see asking if they can send your information to other 3rd party companies like theirs.

        And like that, you can opt out.
