Help with vb

I have been trying to install vb for the past like 4 months, and i have had the heck with it.

I have a free server. Can anyone tell me the requirements needed for me to host it, and how can I install it? I need help with the config.php file too.

Also, i need help to upload it to my server. Any help would be really nice

What's the URL to where you want to install I might be able to help. You might need to verify your license status from the vbulletin.com members section first.
