    live call on vbulletin homepage

    that looked awesome, the phone number being a link on the homepage ...

    but this require windows live messenger 8.1, right?

              Offering Life Support would require major changes in how our Support is currently organised. AFAIK there are no plans at this time to offer such a service.

                    I think live chat is very useful thing to have even if theres a long queue to wait in specially for pre-sales and sever customization issues .

                      Server Customisations is not something we support. As an added service we do allow for server questions to be asked in Server Configuration but it is not official support.

                        Meh, you could submit a ticket or post in the forums and get a response faster than if you were waiting to speak with someone through live chat. If you really wanted to speak with someone live that bad, then you could just call the phone support.
