i have a question about my v forum and i cant get access to the proper forums saying i dont have access to post in this forum ? i bought vbulletin and i even entered my acount username and pass and i still cant get access... how can i get help on my forum ? i been stuck for 3 months and i cant get anyone to help me

To get vB support on these forums you first need to be a licensed customer and register for Priority Forum Support. To do this, please go here:

i tried that and after this part Home » Support » Priority Forums SupportAll details updated successfully! It will take a few minutes for your accounts to reflect the changes.
i try to make a new topic and i get this

nothing is is happening...
i go to all the links everyone sends me.
i go all over every page i get to and search everything, logging in and logging out and changing emails and making sure everything is correct and do everything i can posibly do...........
why is this forum so dificult to get on to get help with the forum i bought ? is there somewhere else i can go beacause this is rediculouse. logging into a forum should not be this much of a problem ad i dont understand why it is. so forum hasnt been able to get finished becasue i cant get it finished becasue i need help.Last edited by localraceway; Sun 4 Feb '07, 2:11pm.Comment

Simply put, it's to ensure Jelsoft people help the licensed owners and not people who pirate the applicaiton.

Did you get your member information? If you did, use that to login. From there change it and post in the appropiate support forum. It sometimes takes a little while for the system to validate you.

i tried that about 15 times adxactly how posted to do so.
i tried everything i can posibly do to get things to work and nothing is happening.
now i know my way around things pretty good and always have success. so with this many members on here im not understanding why im having such a hard time doing something thats supose to be so simple that so many people have already done.
after i log into the member link and enter my VB account user/pass then iget into the part where is says i can use up to 3 emails. then i go to vBulletin Community Forums link and try to create a new topic and its asking me to log in and i can only log in with the localraceway username and pass that im using now..
what else is there to do ?
