You can report sites you may think are running pirated/illegal version of vBulletin; however, you are not subject to knowing the status of such reports.
Congratulations on the death of vBulletin, Internet Brands.

Unfortunately, I did not know why I want you to help companies communicate copy of unlicensed or suspected

You're not under any obligation to do so if you don't want to; the anti-piracy team is always on active look out anyways. Your reports will just help them notice sites quicker so they can be resolved faster.

However, please note that running illegal copies of the software without license is, surprise surprise, illegal. And whether or not you report them doesn't make any difference on the fact that they're illegal.
          Best Regards,
          Andy Huang

This is really off topic but since we're talking about piracy I shall give it a go. For example, if there is a forum that makes money AND use a illegal license. If we report them, will we get any percents of their income?

                Why would you?

The reports are anonymous for the most part, and you aren't even told if they are take down or not, or if they were even illegal...

                But no, you wouldn't.
Congratulations on the death of vBulletin, Internet Brands.

                  They are anonymous.

How could Jelsoft earn their income in order to give it to you?
If they're using vBulletin's Subscription System, nothing of the money they're making via it is processed through Jelsoft's servers!
You're spending millions of dollars on a website?!

Some way to thank the user? There are some piracy report websites that gives upto 250,000$ in reward, if the site you reported has a big income and is illegal.

All reports are anonymous, we will not share the outcome of these reports. Reporting piracy can be done by licensed and unlicensed members. And are on a volunteer basis. We can not and will not provide a reward for reporting none, one or more unlicensed sites.
