Support Ticket Times?

    Support Ticket Times?

    Obviously urgent tickets are handled more quickly than standard tickets but is waiting hours for a ticket reply, almost 12 hours once, ok?

    This is the first time that one of my support tickets has been handled by vBulletin so slowly so that's why I'm asking.

    Was the ticket already assigned to someone on staff?

        In that case that person has to respond to that ticket. I will however have a look right now and see if I know the answer to your question.

          I am not a developer, but .. one of your forums is set to no for:
          Count Posts Made in this Forum Towards User Post Counts

          Could this be why perhaps? Once you change it to you might need to rebuild stats to have the data be counted.
