    Official Polls?

    Hey,

Many companies use polls as a way to see what their customer's / clients are after.

Maybe vBulletin should also have official polls but instead of having them on the forums, have them in the customer area so that only one of the forum owners / license holders can vote instead of all 3 email's on the license .

Could help developers choose which products to make and sell as there is a growing demand for lots of different products and also help make other decisions .

    What do you think?

That will be cool. vB.org made a poll for the color of the coming style. It was the blue - the winnger.

With Jelsoft's userbase, I don't think the occasional bad apple who decides to use their 3 email addresses to vote 3 times will make a big or noticeable different.

We have plans for a survey at some point in the future, the code is already in the 3.6 codebase to do so and running on everyone's servers. We've just not activated it

I'm not getting you Scott! Are you talking about a vB.com-held survey or a survey system being planned to be included in a vBulletin future release?
You're spending millions of dollars on a website?!

It's a Jelsoft survey, what this thread is about.

It's probably going to show up on admin's index on our site such as Vbulletin's Announcements.

It's in /admincp/misc.php at least part of it

But yes it will appear via admin news when we decide to tell everyone where it is and get them to click.
