How can I write my questions on forum?

I've got the 3.6.1 version... i must to send emails to my users and I got a problem to send HTML emails...

The emails are sended well, but they arrive with HTML code... not with images and modificated fonts.

Is the HTML code not checked for 'SEND EMAILS TO USERS'?How can I activate it?
