    Props to vBulletin Support

I'd just like to give props to vBulletin for its amazingly great support team. I suppose I took it a little for granted before, but when you see a situation like cPanel today totally ignoring customers in their support forum you begin to realize how nice it is to have a company vested in quality customer support.
