for the © ... i think vbulletin had this since April 2000, since they made the script

What are the "rules" about this for having a thing with a trademark?
Do you guys have to change each instance on your site to apply the trademark correctly? And what if we mention the name vBulletin on our sites?

I relised it straight away as the home page looked different . Same with the footer .

Btw whats the difference between registered and trade mark?

I noticed it, but I thought it was already acquired long ago & you forgot to put it in the header. (The logo still shows TM).

Was it a business requirement or something you did on your own?

There is no "Reserved" it is "Registered", which you can use after a trademark registration process is completed.
