Mark Forums as Read

I've never had this problem until today, but when I go to mark forums as read on here from the Quick Links it is opening up a second window - when I mark forums as read from the link at the bottom of the index page it works ok.

Sorry if I've posted this in the wrong place - didn't know where else to post.
