For that, they should globalize it a bit... have a general forum, click it, and it has 3 sub-forums (or four for vBulletin 2) for each version, and then click into it to read about the tips and custimizations so that there is a little less repetitiveness for each forum.

I guess that could also be said for the How Do I sections as well...

Maybe for vBulletin 4 things can be a bit more organized.

Disabled in what way? The forum is active and open and license members have permissions to start a new thread in it.

I would like to bump this thread because I can see the "Quick Tips & Customizations" forum is child of the "How Do I" forum, unlike the others versions of vBulletin here.
