impex forum is now moved as impex 1.57 can be used as target for 3.0, 3.5 and 3.6

The user that manages the forum simply could move a few forums, but a restructure takes more time. Priority lies with giving support - surely once he is here and has time he will look into it. A few changes have already been applied.
