To activate the Similar Threads feature:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Thread Display Options -> Show Similar Threads? -> Yes

    and

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Message Searching Options -> Automatic Similar Thread Search -> Yes

You'll also need to rebuild the Similar Threads Counter:

Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Update Counters -> Rebuild Similar Threads

Did you update your "Similiar Threads" counter in the AdminCP-> Maintenance -> Update Counters section? There is no database of them until you do that!

Try logging out completely. Dump your cookie for your Forums. Log back in and then see if you can see the Similiar Threads. Your Browser may be caching the view without the similiar threads.

Once you've done this, please post in the appropriate support forum for your version.
