ive been told by a friend of mine that im allowed to operate a second vBulletin forum on one license aslong as its not public.

the whole purpose of this second forums would just be for my admins to play around in, get used to settings and try their hand at modding without worry of messing up my main forums.

so is this allowed? i wanted to make sure this is ok before i went ahead and did it.

Yes, a test forum is allowed for testing of modifications, style development etc. It should be password protected, and shouldn;t be used as an active forum.
