    Bogus is bogus

Could you change the term "bogus" to something else in the bugs forum? It discourages some people from reporting, which defeats your purpose.

    How 'bout:

    Okay

...or some better word anyone can suggest (play nice!).

No need to discourage anyone by a poor choice of words, IMHO.

though it's true, the word is kind of harsh
not sure what word would have a gentler touch and still say "This is not a bug report. It's something else"

      Mistaken Report?

I think thats what Working As Designed is. Or it gives me the impression of that.

True, but then maybe the Bogus status is superfluous and can be removed.

We've had some vB.org members bring this up too. "Bogus" can be seen as a negative "put-down" term.

I think bogus means, "reported as a bug, but the item cited isn't even a feature". In such a case it can't be "working as designed" since they didn't design it. Possible?

Bogus doesn't bother me too much because I understand where they are coming from with it. Though I do see where some people might be put off by it.

Could always just just "N/A" instead.

Use that would just make it seem like there's no response to put or anything, and would even be more misleading than "Bogus."
Congratulations on the death of vBulletin, Internet Brands.
