Infinite amount of New Posts searches?

I used to get "You have to wait x more seconds yada yada" because I clicked "New Posts" too often. However, right now I can infinitely search for new posts. New feature or bug or .. ?

Why this is weird, I closed the browser and now I'm getting it back to normal aswell. I guess somekind of (weird) cache?

Possible, or you never realised that the 20 seconds passed so quickly
