Not Getting Email Notifications

Kier is on it. There's a problem with the mailqueue.

In case this is related, I didn't recieve any notification for subscribed bug reports last week once.

If this at all matters: all my subscription emails are being delivered now.

Yep, I got about 270 of them all at once earlier today.
