Please double check your email and note that it is case-sensitive. You could try to force a change, but remember that it can take up to an hour before you show up as licensed again.

That thread could be updated...it still refers to being unable to start a thread in the 'Bugs Forum'.

I'm at work so I don't have access to my information. I do know what the email account in my profile and Member area are the same.
