Might be a glitch with the system, amoung other things.

Sometimes there is a glitch in the system that marks a licensed user as unlicensed. Most of the time it fixes itself within a few minutes.

Usually it's because the user changed their email address after posting.

The first post in that thread indicates he bought a license before posting.

I'm aware of that, however the priority support form still needs to be filled out before you can gain access to posting in licensed areas.

The user fills them out and is licensed when they post these threads. The reason they show up as unlicensed is they change there e-mail address in their user cp or the system used to vaildate e-mails has a burb.

Once the user updates the priority support form again he shows up as licensed. Forum permissions are set-up correctly, the users permissions just change before a staff member reads the thread.
