vbulletin downloads

I have a valid license but I cannot open threads in vBulletin Downloads forum. Why? I have a language pack, some styles and other graphics.

Note: I have completed the instructions about posting on forums, my only problem is about this forum and all sub-forums.

I'll double check your permissions now, but you should be fine. Can you post a link to the attachments for me.

You can only start new threads in the submission forum if you want to publish your work, but not in the actual download forum for such a resource. This way we can review the submissions.
