Permissions Denied - I can't download anything.

I have read the sticky and many other posts... still..

I am unable to figure out why i cannot download files off these forums, I need
a customer number? Where do i get this? Do i have to make a purchase?

I've been in the IT field for 9 years and programming for 5 years, and I can't
figure out how to get around this, I can only imagine novice users having the
same problem.

The sticky is a bit vague, no help at all....

You have to be a licence holder of Vbulletin before you can download anything from these forums. Once you have a licence, you just add the email used to sign up here in the members-only section.

Doing this will allow you to download anything from here, and the other Vb forums operated by Jelsoft.
